UK Data Centres

All our dedicated servers are housed in purpose built multi-million pound data centres in central London. Our secure data centre environments give your dedicated server access to a high-speed internet connection through multiple providers, 24/7 security, plus a fully redundant power system.

100Mbit Connection Speed

All server connections are Gigabit above the server level and the 2 multi-million pound datacentres we use are connected via high-speed fibre links. Each node can exist independently and still provide connectivity for all in the unlikely event that a connection is severed. We only use Cisco routers and switches which are connected to multiple connectivity providers to ensure the highest speeds and maximum uptime.

No Minimum Contracts

There is no minimum contract period on our dedicated servers, but you can make considerable savings if you pay quarterly or annually rather than every month.

Service Level Agreement

All Upthink servers are backed up by a comprehensive service level agreement covering you on all aspects of our service. This includes instant hardware replacement, 5 minute engineer response times, and 100% network uptime guarantees.

Server Software

These machines are supplied with only Windows Server 2003 installed. Your are free to install your own preference of control panel onto the machine to assist in the setting up and maintenance of the server. We can also install your choice of operating system, such as Windows Server 2008.
